The Northern California Equitable Resilience Fund is being developed to help communities move from clearly identified needs to practical, fundable projects.
We focus on the everyday effects of climate change and infrastructure gaps — from unsafe heat, wildfire smoke, outages, and high utility costs to aging buildings, failing septic systems, and stressed watersheds.
Our role is to listen first, organize technical and financial support around community priorities, and connect residents and local organizations with the partners and capital needed to deliver durable solutions.

NCERF is designed to prioritize communities that have historically had the least access to public and private investment, while strengthening local capacity and keeping economic benefits in the region.
